Not that there's anything wrong with that, but representing your true height is beneficial just in terms of proportion and not looking odd. They can cut you off, and make you look even shorter. Generally speaking, shorter guys should avoid horizontal stripes. While some builds can pull off thigh skimming boxer shorts, others are better suited to briefs others, boxer briefs (more on that later). Because neither are the men who fill them. Know that not all men's underwear is made equal.
So, makes sense to make sure they're rock solid. But the best gear is nothing without the best men's underwear. You want to restock your wardrobe with all the usual cool clothes for men.
